Our Payment Terms - 20%Advance to be paid for booking of the Total tour package amount 30%After receiving the Hotel confirmation voucher. 50%to be deposited at the time of arrival Please Note - Air fare and train fare to be paid full at one time. Cancellation Policy 25% cancellation of the package cost after confirmation/issuing the hotel voucher. 30% cancellation of the package cost before 7 days of the traveling date. 70% cancellation of the package cost before 04 days of the traveling date. 100% cancellations before 02 days of the travels date. Any train and flight tickets cancellation will be applicable as perIndian railway / airline rules and refund/adjustment can be given only after receiving the refund from train or airline company.. your need to pay one time payment of airfare.

Refund Policy please note- there will be no refund on high peak dates / peak season and any long weekend (20th dec to 10th jan) ,full retension will be charged and if the guest will cancel the booking before the cancellation policy then 10% will be charged as per company law. besides above, in certain cases like train journeys, hotels or resorts bookings during the peak season (christmas/ new year) or during fairs/festivals, full payment may be required in order to hold space on confirmed basis. please note that such payments are non refundable. Reservation Policy Confirmation of Hotel Rooms, Train Seats and Air Fare is subject to the availability at the time of booking. No booking will be treated as confirmed booking until unless company is not getting 100% payment from guest before the trip starts.

Terms & Conditions - Hotels are subject to availability at time of reservation. If the base category room will be not available then supplement cost will be applicable for upper category rooms. All rates are Net & non commission-able to you. Rates are subject to change, without any prior notice. Cancellation & other policies as per the hotel/company rules. Govt. S. tax {4.50%} will be applicable in company invoice. No cancellation & any refund will be made at any cost in case of bad weather or land slide or any destination and which is beyond the control of the agent/hotel. Check in time in hotel is 12:00 noon.(Early check in is subject to availability) & Check out time of the hotel is 10:00 AM morning. We may reschedule the sightseeing days subject to weather conditions & to ensure smooth execution of tours. Though Himachal have been witnessing a huge tourist growth but the facilities of Hotel, Services, Aids etc available here cannot be matched to those available in the Cities and other developed destination. Hotels in Himachal are categorized on the basis of location, Services and costing and not as per Star Categorization i.e 1*, 2*, 3* and so on. The Package Cost Does Not Include Any Airfare And Train Fare. Snow Vehicle Fare, If Road Is Block Due To Snow. Personal Expenses Such As Laundry, Luggage Charge, Telephone Calls, Room Heater Charges, Tips & Gratuity, Camera Fee, Mineral Water, Soft & Hard Drinks, Adventure Activities. Any Cost Arising Due To Natural Calamities Like, Landslides, Road Blockage, Political Disturbances (Strikes), Etc. To Be Borne By The Guest. Anything Which Is Not Included In The Inclusion. If we change or cancel your Holiday - We do plan the arrangements in advance. It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements. Occasionally, we may have to make changes and we reserve the right to do so at any time. If there are any changes, we will advise you of them at the earliest possible date.

We also reserve the right under any circumstances to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you. If we are unable to provide the booked travel arrangements due to reasons beyond our control (e.g. bad weather):We shall first try to offer alternative dates for the tour if the tour hasn't already commenced. If the tour has already commenced, then we shall refund the booking price/fee charged to you on a pro-rata basis depending on the portion of the tour utilized by you. In all circumstances, however, our liability shall be limited to refunding to you the price we charged as tour fees. If you want to change your Holiday plan - After confirmation of services, if you wish to change your travel arrangements in any way (e.g. your chosen departure date or accommodation), we will do our utmost to make these changes but it may not always be possible. Any request for changes must be in writing from the person who made the booking. All cost incurred due to amendment will be borne by you.
